Stefan sees himself as a midfielder on the Cinnober team. “In the midfield, you do a little bit of everything. That’s when I like my job the most. I primarily do project management but also pre-sales,” he says.
What he enjoys most is working directly with the customer. “I like to follow a customer case from inception to production.”
He believes in creating a personal relationship alongside the business relationship. “You need a mix of both” he says. “You can talk about the latest sports results… and then you go into a meeting and have a fierce discussion about something. But when you go out of the meeting you are human-to-human again. You need to have that balance.”
