Favorite cuisine: A mixture of everything, prepared together with friends.
Favorite music: A broad spectrum covering Madonna, Pink Floyd, Andreas Vollenweider, Supertramp, Italian operas to Abba. Latest discovery: Maia Hirasawa.
Watches: West Wing and Studio 60 on the Sunset strip by Aaron Sorkin and Prime Suspect with Helen Mirren.
Favorite way to spend a Sunday: A challenging orienteering competition as a starter. Watch a football game where one of my children participates. A moment in the garden with the Sunday Newspaper. Dinner with the family and finally a good detective story on TV.
Can’t do without: Training! Absolutely love my iPhone (but I can survive without it too… maybe).
Leisure activities: Orienteering, golf, photography and spending time with my family.

Stefan sees himself as a midfielder on the Cinnober team. “In the midfield, you do a little bit of everything. That’s when I like my job the most. I primarily do project management but also pre-sales,” he says.

What he enjoys most is working directly with the customer. “I like to follow a customer case from inception to production.”

He believes in creating a personal relationship alongside the business relationship. “You need a mix of both” he says. “You can talk about the latest sports results… and then you go into a meeting and have a fierce discussion about something. But when you go out of the meeting you are human-to-human again. You need to have that balance.”
